• Non-Refundable After Completion: Once a pressure washing service has been completed, it is non-refundable. Our team ensures all services are done to meet high standards and your expectations.

• Exceptions: We may consider refunds or credits in the following circumstances:

  • Unsatisfactory Work: If the service does not meet the agreed-upon standards or your expectations, please contact us within 1 week of service completion. Depending on the situation, we may offer a partial refund, a re-wash, or corrections at no additional cost.

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of severe weather, equipment malfunction, or other unforeseen situations that prevent us from completing the service as scheduled, we will make every effort to reschedule the service. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund for the unperformed service.
